3. Delivery Timelines (48-Business-Hour Guarantee)

4. Intellectual Property & Licensing Scope

Upon full settlement of project fees, Mason Tower Studio LLC transfers all worldwide rights and title to the client-specific frontend codebase, copywriting, visual styling, and assets. The client holds total technical sovereignty to self-host, migrate, or alter the site indefinitely.
B. Content Management System / Admin Engine (Single-Domain License)
The lightweight administrative content manager engine is provided under a Perpetual Single-Domain Commercial License. The client is granted unrestricted rights to run, self-host, and modify the code solely for the contracted domain name.
Commercial restriction: Mass redistribution, standalone white-label resale, or cloning the administration engine across multiple unlicensed third-party websites without purchasing additional licenses from MasonLab is strictly prohibited.
C. Automated Domain Verification Telemetry (Heartbeat) & Right to Suspend / Block
To safeguard single-domain licensing integrity, the administrative engine and associated backend APIs incorporate an automated periodic telemetry verification (heartbeat check) confirming that the assigned license key strictly matches the active authorized domain.
Express right of suspension: Mason Tower Studio LLC explicitly reserves the legal and technical right to revoke activation, disable CMS administration access, and terminate connected API services/webhooks if a single license key is detected running across two (2) or more distinct domains without prior written authorization or without the purchase of an Agency / Multi-Domain License.
D. Anti-SaaS Software Tools (Internal Business License)
Software tools downloaded from our catalog include clean, unobfuscated source code for direct deployment within the purchaser's internal operations. Reselling or packaging this code into a competing public multi-tenant SaaS service is explicitly prohibited.
5. Pricing, Payments & Invoicing
All pricing is denominated in United States Dollars (USD). Transactions are processed securely via Stripe (Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Mason Tower Studio LLC provides official US commercial receipts and LLC invoices for international corporate tax deductions.
6. Limitation of Liability
The client maintains sole responsibility for the commercial legality, truthfulness, and advertising claims of their offerings. Mason Tower Studio LLC is not liable for external ad account sanctions (Meta Ads, Google Ads), payment processor freezes (Stripe, PayPal), or breaking changes implemented by third-party APIs (Amazon SP-API, WhatsApp Cloud API).
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Wyoming.
