• Payment & Billing Details: All monetary transactions are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. via TLS 1.3 encryption. Mason Tower Studio LLC does not collect, store, or view full credit card numbers or banking secrets. We only receive confirmation of payment, cardholder name, and invoice email.
• Technical & Telemetry Data: Aggregated, privacy-respecting metrics served by Cloudflare Edge (country of origin, device category, sub-second latency telemetry). We do not deploy third-party advertising trackers or sell browsing data to data brokers.

3. Purposes of Data Processing

Personal information is processed strictly for the following legitimate commercial purposes:

• Evaluating technical feasibility and issuing formal engineering proposals.
• Fulfilling turnkey 48-hour landing page sprint deliveries, headless e-commerce builds, and anti-SaaS software tools.
• Issuing official US LLC commercial invoices in USD for cross-border clients.
• Providing direct post-delivery engineering support and conducting 1-on-1 technical advisory sessions.

4. Storage, Infrastructure & Security

MasonLab runs on a decoupled serverless architecture on the global Edge CDN provided by Cloudflare, enforcing full HTTPS encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and secure encrypted data stores at rest. We never retain redundant data beyond what is strictly necessary to service the contract.

5. Third-Party Service Processors

MasonLab never sells, rents, or monetizes user information. We only share necessary operational data with Tier-1 infrastructure providers:

• Stripe, Inc. (USA): Payment gateway certified under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): Edge CDN distribution, network security, and DDoS mitigation.

6. Your Data Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Under international privacy frameworks, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you retain the right to:
